The Accountant General of the Federation, AHMED IDRIS, has confirmed the return of the 4.2million pound to Delta State after the looted funds was recovered from former Governor, JAMES IBORI,.
The money was recently repatriated from the United Kingdom to the Federal Government.
Idris made this known in Abuja when he appeared before the House of Representatives’ Ad hoc Committee on Assessment and Status of All Recovered Loots Movable and Immovable Assets from 2002 to 2020.
