WIKE DEBUNKS ALLEGATIONS OF ORDERING NIGERIAN ARMY TO KILL RESIDENTS OF OYIGBO

The Rivers State Governor NYESOM WIKE has denied ordering Nigerian Army troops to kill residents of Oyigbo Local Government Area.
Governor WIKE, who made the clarification during an interactiion with non-natives in the State at the Government House, Port Harcourt, but insisted he would not allow the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, to operate in the state.
The Governor further said Ikoku and the Slaughter-Oginigba Markets would remain closed because IPOB members were planting cells in the markets.
WIKE however called on non-indigenes residing and doing business in the state to continue to live in peace and not allow politics destroy them.
