GOVERNOR NYESOM WIKE SAYS RIVERS PEOPLE’S HAVE MADE NAME ON THE NATIONAL POLITICS

Rivers state governor NYESOM WIKE says his people have made their mark in the national politics and should always be proud wherever they found themselves.
Governor WIKE speaking at the flag off of the dualization of Azikiwe ILOABUCHI road, Diobu, Port Harcourt local government Area, said nobody will play with Rivers people at the National politics.
The governor however urged the host community to give their support to the contractor, as the compensation for the affected persons would be paid before Monday next week.
The governor reiterated his commitment to quality leadership, adding that the projects carried out by his administration remain his report card.
On his part, the commissioner for works Doctor GEORGE KELLY while describing the project said it will enhance the economic activities as well as ease traffic in Port Harcourt.
Inaugurating the project, the former governor of Ondo state Doctor OLUSEGUN MIMIKO said Governor WIKE has shown commitment to good leadership in the state.
Doctor MIMIKO who recognizing the roles play by governor WIKE in uniting PDP, called for peace among their party in order to move the country forward.
