The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, says nearly five hundred thousand voters are eligible for the Aba North/South Federal Constituency bye-election in Abia State.
INEC National Electoral Commission and chairman (Information and Voter Education Committee), Festus Okoye, confirmed this in a statement.
OKOYE noted that nearly all the sensitive and non-sensitive materials required for the conduct of the bye-election, had been delivered for the poll scheduled to hold on March 27th.
