The Rivers State governor NYESOM WIKE says no country can get it right without proper education.
Governor WIKE stated when the minister of Education for state, CHUKWUEMEKA NWAJAUBA paid him courtesy visit at government house Port Harcourt.
The governor also disclosed that the state has been able to bring about 36,000 children who are out of school back to school.
Earlier, minister of Education for state, CHUKWUEMEKA NWAJAUBA informed the governor that they are in the state to launch the Better Education Service Delivery for All programme, to mop-up the Out-Of-School children in the State.
