Rivers State Governor, NYESOM WIKE has sacked Doctor IGBIKS TAMUNO from the position of State Commissioner for Environment.
The Governor directed the sacked Commissioner to submit all Government Documents and Property in his possession to the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Environment.
The Special Assistant (Media) Rivers State Governor, KELVIN EBIRI, announced this in a statement circulated newsmen.
Our correspondent reports that Doctor IGBIKS was sacked after he left a news conference on Soot and Air Quality in Rivers State at the State Ministry of Justice Complex in Port Harcourt.
