Vigilante group, the Diobu Security Services has appealed to Governor NYESOM WIKE to reverse the policy on reduction of personnel of the Rivers State Neighborhood Safety Corps Agency, RIVNESCA.
The Chairman of the Diobu Security Services, PRINCE AMATARI made the appeal in a statement circulated to newsmen.
AMATARI also urged Governor WIKE to ignore critics of RIVNESCA.
