The Rivers State House of Assembly has passed the 2021 – 2023 Medium Term Expenditure Framework, MTEF.
The Speaker of the House, IKUINYI-OWAJI IBANI read the letter on the Fiscal Policy during plenary after it was sent by Governor NYESOM WIKE.
The Speaker of the House also spoke on the significance of the Expenditure Framework, after contributions from lawmakers including the House Majority Leader, MARTIN AMAEWHULE hailed the composition of the fiscal document.
Correspondent GEORGE UKAEGBU reports that IBANI also noted that Governor WIKE sought the approval of the House present the 2021 Appropriation Bill of 448.6 billion Naira tomorrow.
